I am reaching out to you on behalf of the Inaugural Memphis Pizza Festival, an exciting and charitable event set to take place on Saturday, September 21, 2024, from 11am to 6pm at the AgriCenter in Memphis, TN. The festival is organized as a benefit for the Mid-South Food Bank, aiming to bring the community together while supporting a noble cause.

We believe that Rocket Fired Pizza embodies the spirit of culinary excellence, and we would be honored to extend an invitation to participate in our Inaugural Memphis Pizza Festival. This event promises to be a fantastic showcase of the diverse and delicious pizza offerings in the Mid-south.

Here are some key details about the festival:

Date and Time: Saturday, September 21, 2024, from 11am to 6pm
Location: AgriCenter, Memphis, TN
Beneficiary: Mid South Food Bank
Ticket Limit: 4000 participants
As one of the selected 20 pizzerias, you will have the opportunity to engage with a large audience eager to sample a variety of pizzas. Each ticket sold for the event grants festival-goers unlimited samples of pizzas, and we encourage participating pizzerias to provide sample slices from the crown to the tip, showcasing the full flavor spectrum of your offerings.

To make your participation seamless, the Memphis Pizza Festival will provide the following for your pizzeria:

$500 for Labor Costs/Travel
Hotel Accommodations
Oven
Refrigeration
2 dedicated volunteer workers to assist with handing out slices or in any other capacity you deem appropriate
Ingredients and supplies
We kindly request that your pizzeria be prepared to make 100-125 pizzas for the festival. The festival will cover the cost of all supplies required for making the pizzas. To ensure a smooth process, we ask that you provide us with a detailed list of all ingredients and food products needed to make 100-125 pizzas. Additionally, please include a list of any specific equipment, supplies, and utensils your team will require.
