Dear Potential Pizza Vendors,
The Inaugural Memphis Pizza Festival, an exciting and charitable event is set to take place on Saturday, September 21, 2024, from 11am to 6pm at the AgriCenter in Memphis, TN. Some of the proceeds from the festival benefit the Mid-South Food Bank & Everbloom Farmacy. We’re aiming to bring the community together while supporting a noble cause.
We are extending an invitation to restaurants that embody the spirit of culinary excellence to participate in our Inaugural Memphis Pizza Festival. This event promises to be a fantastic showcase of the diverse and delicious pizza offerings in the Mid-South.
Here are some key details about the festival:
- Date and Time: Saturday, September 21, 2024, from 11am to 6pm
- Location: AgriCenter, Memphis, TN
- Beneficiary: Mid South Food Bank & Everbloom Farmacy
- Ticket Limit: 4000 participants
We are selecting 20 pizzerias to participate. As one of the selected 20 pizzerias, you will have the opportunity to engage with a large audience eager to sample a variety of pizzas. Each ticket sold for the event grants festival-goers unlimited samples of pizzas, and we encourage participating pizzerias to provide sample slices from the crown to the tip, showcasing the full flavor spectrum of your offerings.
To make your participation seamless, the Memphis Pizza Festival will provide the following for your pizzeria:
- $250 for Labor Costs
- Oven (Provided by Marra Forni)
- Refrigeration and 2 speed racks
- 2 dedicated volunteer workers to assist in your area
- Ingredients and supplies
- Tent and tables
We kindly request that your pizzeria be prepared to make 150 pizzas for the festival. The festival will cover the cost of all supplies required for making the pizzas. To ensure a smooth process, we ask that you provide us with a detailed list of all ingredients and food products needed to make 150 pizzas. Additionally, please include a list of any specific equipment and supplies your team will require.
Please note, there is a $75 registration for each pizzeria.
